Inspired by the Chullpas, ancient funerary towers of the Andes, Stone Vessels of Memory reimagines these forms as spaces for the living and the stories they hold. Carved into the mountainside, the stone structures house hotel rooms, museum galleries, and spaces for reflection, emerging from the landscape as if shaped by time.
Echoing ancient trails and traditional craftsmanship, the design uses stone, earth, and light to embed itself within the land, creating a place where architecture and memory intertwine.

Located in the heart of Hampstead Heath’s Conservation Area, Connaught Mews is a sensitive architectural intervention within a historic setting. The project involves the design of a unique garden house commissioned to sit harmoniously within an established garden, responding and adapting to the existing trees on site.
Greenery and landscape play a central role in the concept, with the architecture designed to sit lightly within its natural context. The space is envisioned as a retreat for meditation and contemplation – a quiet, contemporary structure that enhances the garden’s character while respecting its historic surroundings.

Drawing inspiration from the richness of the Peruvian landscape, The Furrow explores the relationship between land, environment, and architecture. The project takes cues from the textures of the soil that sustain cities, translating this into a soft, tactile material language that connects the building back to its natural origins.
In Huancayo, where the sun’s intensity shapes daily life, the façade is articulated with a series of curved treatments that gently modulate light and create a more temperate interior environment. Influenced by traditional matte brick constructions, the design embraces local materials and craftsmanship, grounding the building in its cultural and environmental context.

This project envisions a unique residence in the heart of Jerusalem, designed to redefine everyday hospitality through a thoughtful blend of comfort, elegance, and community spirit. At its core, the home embraces family life, offering a welcoming environment that balances privacy with open, shared spaces for gathering, celebration, and retreat.
The residence features multiple rooms with en-suite accommodations, allowing for flexibility in hosting family and guests. The layout is designed to accommodate year-round living, with seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces, including a shaded dining area, a lounge, and a private pool nestled within a lush garden. This garden acts as a natural extension of the home, offering both quiet solitude and settings for relaxed hospitality in tune with Jerusalem’s distinct seasons.
Materiality plays a central role in the home’s identity. Rooted in local materials and a refined simplicity, the design creates a timeless sanctuary that honors the cultural heritage of Jerusalem while embracing modern living. A sculptural spiral staircase, carved from stone, anchors the double-height interior space, becoming both a visual centerpiece and a functional element that organizes circulation with elegance and subtlety.
Altogether, this home is more than a residence—it is a place of gathering, reflection, and shared experiences. It fosters connections—between people, between indoors and outdoors, and between contemporary living and the historic soul of its setting.

Monoform as an experimental vehicle exists fully only when activated by people’s occupation, interaction, and shared presence, becoming both object and temporary architecture within a collective, ephemeral city.
Shaped by the desert’s extreme weather conditions, the structure draws from the armadillo’s folding shell as a means of resilience; compact in motion, expansive in rest. It travels and transforms in full view. The transformation is both performative and functional: a continuous movement between exposure and protection, between architecture and machine.
Once unfolded, the structure becomes a place of gathering, shelter, and pause. It creates moments of intimacy within the vastness of the desert, offering protection, shade, and spatial clarity in an otherwise exposed environment.

The Dandelion is a large-scale, organic sculpture that rises from the desert floor, evoking the form of a dandelion in full bloom. At its centre, a radiant core emits a soft, pulsing light, drawing visitors from afar. Petal-like structures extend outward, crafted from lightweight metal and semi-translucent fabrics that respond to the wind, creating a gentle, natural movement.
By day, the sculpture stands as a striking, ethereal landmark; by night, it glows softly, merging with the vastness of the landscape and creating a captivating, immersive experience.

This project explores a hybrid design at the intersection of architecture, mobility, and aerospace, responding to urgent ecological and urban challenges. It imagines adaptive micro-architectures—or “macro-suits”—that extend from the human body, designed for minimal living, responsive to ergonomics, environment, and function.
These mobile units are capable of shape-shifting through deployable structures and flexible materials, enabling both ground and aerial mobility. Gliding is proposed as a low-energy, passive form of movement that allows energy harvesting and temporary settlements in harmony with nature.
Ultimately, the project reimagines architecture as ephemeral, migratory, and deeply integrated with natural systems, offering a resilient and off-grid model for future living.

Directed by Thomas Heatherwick, the Xi’an Tree Pavilion is a cultural landmark that reinterprets the tree as a living architectural form. Located in the historic city of Xi’an, the eastern terminus of the Silk Road, the pavilion celebrates the intersection of nature, history, and culture through a contemporary spatial language.
The structure integrates 47 gardens, each reflecting a chapter of the Silk Road story, weaving narrative and landscape into a journey between past and future. Rising organically from the ground in timber and weathered steel, its canopy provides shade, shelter, and contemplative spaces. Weathered steel develops a natural patina over time, while warm timber reinforces the pavilion’s connection to its environment, embedding time, craft, and context into the design.

Balancing sensitive restoration with bold contemporary interventions, the project reinvigorated a once-neglected industrial site. Today, Coal Drops Yard houses an eclectic mix of established brands, emerging designers, and graduates from nearby Central Saint Martins, cementing its status as a distinctive cultural and commercial hub.

The Asaan, Misk Heritage Museum, located in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, is a landmark cultural institution dedicated to preserving and celebrating the rich heritage of the Saudi nation. Meaning “inheritance passed down through generations,” Asaan is supported by the Misk Foundation and aims to foster cultural connections through interactive exhibitions, immersive experiences, educational programs, and conservation efforts. Currently under construction, the 23,500 m² museum draws inspiration from traditional Najdi architecture and is constructed using locally produced clay mud-bricks, offering natural insulation and energy efficiency in Diriyah’s desert climate. The three-storey design reflects the scale and geometry of Diriyah’s old town, using regional materials that honor its historical vernacular. The museum is organized around three shaded courtyards—an essential element of Najdi design—that support its three core functions: Educational, Arts, and Administrative. These courtyards not only provide shelter from harsh climate conditions but also offer landscaped gardens, public plazas, and rooftop promenades. As part of the broader Diriyah Gate masterplan, the Asaan Museum contributes to a 100% walkable urban environment that champions water conservation, energy efficiency, wellness, and long-term climate resilience.

The centre comprises three interconnected, tree-like pavilions clad in hand-crafted ceramic tiles, with organic rooflines and earthy tones that allow the building to blend into its garden setting, creating a calming environment for visitors, patients, and staff.
Internally, light-filled communal spaces and framed views encourage connection, while smaller nooks provide privacy and reflection. Bespoke design elements, including custom tables with cork surfaces, enhance warmth, tactility, and acoustics. The project exemplifies architecture’s capacity to support wellbeing through sensitive, contextually attuned design.

The Baladi Tower is a groundbreaking multi-use development, and the first of its kind in Israel to embody a fully integrated urban smart project. Designed to combine residential, commercial, and hospitality functions into a cohesive whole, the tower aims to create a vibrant and diverse urban complex that supports living, working, leisure, and tourism. The structure is composed of three distinct yet interconnected elements: the base includes offices, retail spaces, and public facilities; the middle section features an expansive commercial floor and public hotel level with amenities such as an outdoor pool, gym, spa, lounge, hotel lobby, and multipurpose event halls; and the upper portion is dedicated to residential units. A dedicated hotel floor acts as both a functional and visual buffer between the hotel and residential levels. From the ninth to the eighteenth floor, the tower houses 173 double rooms, 18 studio rooms, and 9 luxurious rooftop suites, all offering stunning sea views. The building’s structural and aesthetic grid creates a unified rhythm throughout, ensuring coherence between its varied functions while allowing each to operate independently yet harmoniously. The Baladi Tower redefines mixed-use development in Israel by seamlessly integrating spaces for living, business, and recreation within a single architectural vision.

The Southcape Linear Suite Hotel redefines luxury hospitality through simplicity, materiality, and a deep respect for the natural landscape. Situated on a dramatic peninsula in Namhae, the hotel is composed of seven low-rise buildings that follow the land’s natural contours, integrating seamlessly with the rugged coastline.
Each structure consists of two linear volumes, carefully positioned to frame uninterrupted ocean views while preserving the site’s topography. Cantilevered forms provide shelter from strong coastal winds, and a material palette of smooth concrete, black-treated stainless steel, and solid wood reflects a philosophy of creating architecture that grows from its surroundings. The result is a hotel that feels both monumental and delicately attuned to place, offering guests a serene, immersive experience of the Namhae coast.
